Youth Pottery S10 / Tues 3:30-5:30

Service Description

This 6-week course is designed for young emerging potters and is scheduled to accommodate their busy day. Students will learn hand-building techniques; pinch, coil and slab, plus throwing on the pottery wheel. A variety of decoration methods are explored including extruded elements and glazing techniques. No previous experience is required, and new projects are continuously introduced for returning students. Course fee includes 25 pounds of clay, tool kit, shelf space, all glazes, and firings.

Cancelation Policy

We understand that life can throw curve balls and that there will be times when students will find it necessary to change their class bookings. Similarly, Pottery Works strives to bring you the region’s best, most skillful instructors, and we truly value their time and commitment to teaching in our studio, so while we cannot not offer refunds for missed classes, we are willing to work toward rescheduling services (once only), provided we are given 72 hours’ notice. We do not issue refunds. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
