Service Description
Prerequisite: Basic Hand-building This 6-week Intermediate course provides intermediate and advanced instruction in the art of hand-building. Focus is on expanding skill and proficiency on basic forms as well as embellishing techniques and glazes for students with at least one session of Pottery Works Basic Hand-building already completed. Course fee includes 25 pounds of clay, tool kit, shelf space, all glazes and firings, plus additional 25+ Open Practice hours in which students are encouraged to practice and play.

We understand that life can throw curve balls and that there will be times when students will find it necessary to change their class bookings. Similarly, Pottery Works strives to bring you the region’s best, most skillful instructors, and we truly value their time and commitment to teaching in our studio, so while we cannot not offer refunds for missed classes, we are willing to work toward rescheduling services (once only), provided we are given 72 hours’ notice. We do not issue refunds. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
